Job Overview


We are looking for a Lead Generation Intern to join our team at MagniGeeks Technologies Private Limited. As a Lead Generation Intern, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our business. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn about lead generation techniques and gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The internship is open to freshers with less than 1 year of experience and will be based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct research and gather information effectively
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and lead management
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and tools


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Conduct research to identify potential leads in target markets
  • Collect and organize lead data using CRM software
  • Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, and social media
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets
  • Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and results
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to lead generation strategies
