Job brief

Weare looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’srecruiting learning and development and employee performanceprograms.

HR Executive responsibilities includecreating referral programs updating HR policies and overseeing ourhiring processes. To be successful in this role you should have anextensive background in Human Resources departments and thoroughknowledge of labor legislation.

Ultimately youwill make strategic decisions for our company so that we hiredevelop and retain qualified employees.

Responsibilities
  • Designcompensation and benefits packages
  • Implementperformance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and360° evaluations)
  • Develop fair HRpolicies and ensure employees understand and comply withthem
  • Implement effective sourcing screeningand interviewing techniques
  • Assess trainingneeds and coordinate learning and development initiatives for allemployees
  • Monitor HR department’sbudget
  • Act as the point of contact regardinglabor legislation issues
  • Manageemployees’ grievances
  • Create and runreferral bonus programs
  • Review current HRtechnology and recommend more effective software (including HRISand ATS)
  • Measure employee retention andturnover rates
  • Oversee daily operations of theHR department
Requirements
  • Proven workexperience as an HR Executive HR Manager or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems andApplicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience withfullcycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of laborlegislation (particularly employment contracts employee leaves andinsurance)
  • Demonstrable leadershipabilities
  • Solid communicationskills
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Managementor relevant field
