Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise-level
clients. - Understand client needs and align our services to exceed their
expectations. - Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients and serve as theiradvocate within the organization
- Identify new business opportunities within the enterprise sector and
develop strategies to capture them. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and
implement effective sales and marketing plans. - Lead negotiations, contract development, and closure of enterprise-level
deals.
3. Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise business team.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to team
members. - Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
- 4. Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market
conditions. - Use market insights to develop and adjust the enterprise business
strategy accordingly.
- 5. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets related to enterprise business operations.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective
- actions as needed.
- 6. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and
stakeholders. - Analyze key performance metrics and take data-driven actions to
improve results.
- Min Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
- Min experience of 8-10 years in the IT sales and consulting with an MBA
from Tier 1 Institutions. - Proven track record of successfully managing enterprise-level client
relationships and driving business growth. - Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and lead
high-performing teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the ITES industry and market trends.
- Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
