Overview:
As the Vice President of Talentyou will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our talentacquisition and management strategies. You will be responsible forattracting developing and retaining top talent to driveorganizational growth and success. This role requires a strategicthinker with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understandingof talent management bestpractices.

KeyResponsibilities:

TalentAcquisitionStrategy:
  • Developand implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy alignedwith the companys objectives and growthplans.
  • Overseeall aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing screeninginterviewing and hiring candidates across various levels andfunctions.
  • Collaboratewith hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provideguidance on effective hiringstrategies.
  • Continuouslyevaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiencyandeffectiveness.

EmployerBranding and TalentBranding:
  • Buildand promote the employer brand to attract top talent and positionthe company as an employer ofchoice.
  • Developand execute strategies to enhance the companys talent brandingefforts through various channels including social media employerreview sites and industryevents.
  • Workclosely with marketing and communications teams to ensure alignmentof messaging and brandingefforts.

TalentDevelopment andRetention:
  • Designand implement talent development programs to foster a culture ofcontinuous learning and careergrowth.
  • Identifyhighpotential employees and create personalized development plansto nurture their skills andcapabilities.
  • Implementinitiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention such ascareer development opportunities mentorship programs andrecognitioninitiatives.

PerformanceManagement:
  • Establishand maintain performance management processes to assess employeeperformance provide constructive feedback and support careerprogression.
  • Ensurealignment of individual goals with organizational objectives andprovide coaching and support to managers and employees to achievethem.
  • Implementsystems and tools to track and analyze performance metrics anddrive datadrivendecisionmaking.
  • Leadershipand TeamDevelopment:
  • Buildand lead a highperforming talent acquisition and talent managementteam providing guidance mentorship and support to foster theirprofessionalgrowth.
  • Cultivatea culture of collaboration innovation and excellence within thetalent team and across theorganization.
  • Fosterdiversity equity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusiveand equitable workenvironment.


Requirements
  • Arelocal to Hyderabad India and comfortable working from our Hyderabadoffice location.
  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field;Masters degreepreferred.
  • Provenexperience 10 Years in a senior leadership role overseeing talentacquisition and talent managementfunctions.
  • Deepunderstanding of recruitment best practices talent developmentstrategies and performance managementprocesses.
  • Strongleadership and communication skills with the ability to influenceand collaborate effectively at all levels of theorganization.
  • Demonstratedtrack record of building and leading highperformingteams.
  • Strategicthinker with the ability to translate business objectives intoactionable talentstrategies.
  • Experiencein employer branding and talent branding initiatives is aplus.
  • Familiaritywith HR technology and analytics tools for datadrivendecisionmaking.
