Job Title: Conversational Chatbot Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Chatbot Designer to join our team. As a Chatbot Designer, you will be responsible for designing conversation flows and optimizing user interactions using our no-code conversational chatbot creation platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design conversation flows and optimize user interactions using our no-code chatbot creation platform.
  • Solve customer challenges using Voice/Text UI that enables the ability to deliver personalized and contextual information in real-time.
  • Train and refine chatbot models to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, feel comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders, and be able to think strategically when reviewing design work and providing feedback and guidance
  • Champion a user-first approach and conduct thorough client and user research
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the chatbot meets business objectives.
  • Conduct business analytics to perform market research, user research, and identify potential improvements that can be added to our bot platform.
  • Continuously improve chatbot performance based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot technology.
  • Provide support and guidance to internal teams and clients on chatbot design and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
  • Experience in Conversation Design
  • Basic knowledge of machine learning (ML).
  • Experience in training and refining chatbot models.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on end-user experience.
  • Basic programming knowledge in any language such as JAVA, Python, etc.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodology.
  • Experience with business analytics and gathering insights from data.

Good to Have (But Not Mandatory):

  • Basic Knowledge of Generative AI.
  • Experience with no-code development platforms.
  • Previously published at least one Virtual Agent - big advantage
