JobSummary:

Weare hiring 12 skilled US Healthcare Recruiters to join ourexpanding team in Jaipur.

Asa US Healthcare Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcingscreening and placing qualified healthcare professionals in variouspositions within the US healthcare system. This role requiresfamiliarity with US labor laws healthcare recruitment practices andthe flexibility to work during UShours.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Sourcescreen and identify qualified candidates for US healthcare rolessuch as nurses physicians allied health professionals andadministrative staff.
  • Collaboratewith USbased hiring managers to understand the requirements forvarious healthcarepositions.
  • Conduct interviews andassess candidates for their suitability for healthcareroles.
  • Manage the recruitmentlifecycle including sourcing interviewing offer negotiation andonboarding.
  • Develop a strongpipeline of candidates using various sourcing methods (job boardssocial media networking).
  • Ensurecompliance with US labor laws immigration processes andhealthcarespecificregulations.
  • Maintain communicationwith candidates and provide an excellent experience throughout thehiring process.
  • Keep the applicanttracking system (ATS) updated with candidate details andrecruitmentprogress.


Requirements

QualificationsandSkills:

  • Provenexperience in US healthcarerecruitment.
  • Familiarity with USlabor laws and healthcare licensingrequirements.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Ability to manage multiplerecruitment taskssimultaneously.
  • Proficiency inapplicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitmenttools.
  • Strong organizational skillsand attention to detail.
  • Flexibilityto work US shift hours.
  • Bachelor sdegree in Human Resources Healthcare Administration or a relatedfield(preferred).

Musthave US or UK Healthcare recruitment experience of at least 6months. (No freshers and nonhealthcare recruitersplease)
