One of our prominent retail pharmacy chain clients is seeking Talent Acquisition Specialists in Jaipur (Rajasthan).


Role Description

  • Work closely with department heads or hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Use various methods like job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find potential candidates.
  • Write and post job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Conduct initial phone screens or interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Organize and participate in interviews, sometimes alongside other team members.
  • Support the onboarding process by assisting new hires with paperwork and introducing them to the company’s culture and processes.


Key Skills

·      Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·      Ability to assess talent and understand technical and soft skills.

·      Knowledge of recruitment tools and software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri).

·      Organizational skills to manage multiple roles and candidates.

·      Negotiation skills for salary discussions.

·      Cultural awareness to ensure diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.


Qualifications & Experience:

·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

·       Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources. (In healthcare will be preferred)
