Primary Responsibilities:

Apply engineering principles to create Data Science products that optimize the ability of Data Scientists to create point solutions for business problemsLead Design & Development of products & platforms aligned to Cognitive Capabilities – Speech, Vision, Language, Search, Decision, RecommendationImplementation experience with knowledge and expertise on Machine Learning Algorithms on Documents, Text , Voice , Speech , Deep Learning , Transformers etc.Collaborate with Product Management group & identify opportunities to productize the Point solutions that Data Science teams have developed to solve business problemsCreate reusable modules & APIs to expose Machine Learning / AI algorithms as a Service for Data ScientistsCreate Data Science product & platform Roadmaps aligned to Cognitive capabilities, focusing on technical aspects likeReusability, Scalability, Reliability, Cloud Native approach, etc.Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Overall, 10-15 years combined experience in building Software & ProductsHands on experience in developing Machine Learning & AI solutions for business problemsHands on experience in productizing point solutions & evolve them into ProductsExpert in Machine Learning & Deep Learning techniquesExperience in Exploratory Data Analysis to support business hypothesis & developing Business Intelligence solutions
Experience in Generative AI Use Cases leveraging LLM’sExposure to LLMs: Langchain, RAG, ChatGpt
