This is a primarily field sales manager role and requires a high degree of flexibility and multi-tasking to ensure equipment project execution from lead generation to execution focusing on customer satisfaction. 

Equipment Sales Manager is responsible for leading CooperSurgical equipment technical sales and projects and coordinating the support functions within the region of responsibility. A major objective for this position is implementing the corporate sales strategies and develop regional tactics, to achieve above market sales growth in equipment’s.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities: 

• Driving equipment sales in the assigned geographical region including:

 • Market mapping and understanding of customers to create a healthy pipeline for projects

 • Building strong customer relationships with key equipment/project/ RI Witness accounts 

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

 • Ensure that all projects are completed on-time with smooth execution

 • Assist in creating the project from identifying leads, funnel management to customer meetings, presenting products, creating plans and finalization, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility

 • Ability to incorporate consumables and service into equipment deals. 

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

 • Local/ regional activities as part of marketing to increase the pipeline • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors 

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

 • Meet with clients to present technical details and share quotes

 • Attend & participate in conferences as part of marketing team and training as required to maintain proficiency and train internal sales team

 • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs 

• Identify and implement best practices and ensure knowledge exchange in project sales, installation, and service with marketing activities

 • Understanding an IVF lab and integrating software’s for patient management Depending upon requirement may have to provide service in other regions other than assigned region

• > 5-7 years Med tech/devices experience

 • > 1-3-year sales experience from reputed national/international company 

Education: • Degrees in technical fields (. engineering) or scientific (. biology) and /or business administration
