Requirements
Job Requirements: ● New feature implementation, enhancements and support related to Salesforce CRM, CPQ(SteelBrick) and Salesforce Billing. ● Design, build and support Salesforce CPQ Features and customizations. ● Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish scope, and requirements for enhancements in the existing implementation ● Perform impact analysis and create technical designs based on Functional Requirements ● Perform Code Optimization on APEX and Lightning Components and Web Components. ● Solve complex issues using troubleshooting methodologies combined with technical expertise of salesforce applications. ● Upgrade the knowledge with each release and follow best industry practices and standards while providing the IT solution. Mandatory Skills and Experience ● Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience ● 3 to 5 years work experience in Salesforce Development including expertise in Out of box CPQ and Billing features. ● Proficient skills using Salesforce Application Development, Salesforce Reporting, and Analytics. ● Well versed with SteelBrick CPQ capabilities and limitations to develop and maintain custom scripts, price rules, product rules etc ● Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification is a must. ● Salesforce Developer and Advanced Administrator certification is preferred ● Good understanding of Salesforce governor limits and integration patterns. ● Strong and proven experience in Salesforce.com application development (Apex, Visual force, Salesforce Lightning, and Web Services Integration). ● Hands On experience in any CLM implementation with salesforce. Preferred Skills and Experience ● Experience of Javascript framework to develop and maintain Lightning Components and Web Components. ● Strong and proven experience of integration of other applications with Salesforce. ● Experience of working with Salesforce billing, Sales and Service clouds.
