Role/ Job Title:  IT Infrastructure Specialist 

Function/Department: Information Technology 

Job Purpose: 

The role entails the responsibility to manage, support and monitor server and IT infrastructure of the bank. It includes maintaining and supporting software, interacting with internal cross functional team on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. It also includes Managing endpoints compliance over various aspects as well as extend Hands & Feet support for End User Systems.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Manage IT Projects and operations for Corp office. Manage and Troubleshoot issues like – Windows Domain related, Wi-Fi / LAN Related Issues, Outlook, MS Office related Issues, Software Installation, Anti-Virus-related issues, any other Compliance software related issues, Any other System related issues. Managing Compliance posture for End Points. Manage & track security product/patches deployment over endpoints. Co-ordinating with Various teams including Business and applications teams for IT requirements, and compliance. Report preparation on demand basis.

Technical Skill Set: 

Expertise in support Desktop – Laptop - Windows / MacBook / Network L1 / Compliance issues Knowledge in IT – End User Systems Good Knowledge in endpoint patching management, Security products – AV, DLP, EDR Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to think and work in an organized and effective manner in an environment with rapidly shifting, and sometimes contradictory, demands and priorities.

Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities: 

Stakeholder Management End Point Compliance Management  Incident Management  Problem Management Coordination activities 

Education Qualification: 

Graduation: Bachelor of Science ( / Bachelor of Technology ( / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

Post-Graduation: Master of Science ( /Master of Technology ( / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

Experience:  10 to 18 years of experience as an IT Desktop Engineer.
