Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers. This role requires a mid-level professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management. The position is based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India, and is a full-time employment opportunity.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Specialist or similar roleStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and serversFamiliarity with IT security best practices and protocolsExperience with IT infrastructure management tools and technologiesHands-on experience with Zscaler and ClearPass implementationExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional teamCertifications in relevant IT infrastructure and security domains are a plusBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and serversMonitor and troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, and security issuesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT infrastructure projects and initiativesEnsure the security and integrity of data and systems, including data backup and disaster recoveryProvide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issuesEvaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT infrastructureDocument and maintain IT infrastructure policies, procedures, and configurationsStay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT infrastructure and securityManage vendor relationships and procurement of IT infrastructure and services
