Job Overview
We are hiring Field Sales Executives to join our team at Integrated Personnel Services Limited. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and driving sales in the assigned territory. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of B2B marketing and retail sales
- Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sales
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including regular visits and follow-ups
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the designated timeframe
- Provide feedback to the management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities
