Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Craft My Plate
Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-Time
Base Salary: 17000 -30000 (Refer to perks and Incentives for further details).

Craft My Plate is India’s first food catering app, allowing customers to order personalized catering services for various events such as weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and more. We specialize in providing high-quality catering services with customizable menus that fit every occasion.
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Craft My Plate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to close deals with potential clients. You will play a key role in driving business growth by actively seeking new opportunities and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients, including corporate, residential, and event-based leads.
Actively promote Craft My Plate’s catering and bulk food delivery services through field visits, meetings, and presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
Provide regular updates and reports to the sales team and management on client feedback, market insights, and sales performance.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Key Requirements:
• Preferable Field sales experience of at least 12 months, preferably in the F&B or event management sector.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel locally and attend client meetings and events.
• Knowledge of the local market and client base in Hyderabad is a plus.
