  • Identify and developnew business opportunities through networking cold calling and leadgeneration.
  • Manage the entire sales processfrom lead generation to closing deals.
  • Buildand maintain strong longlasting customerrelationships.
  • Develop customized salesstrategies to effectively align with clientneeds.
  • Negotiate and close agreements withpotential clients.
  • Collaborate with themarketing team to generate new leads and supportcampaigns.
  • Provide regular sales reports andupdates to the management team.
  • Stay uptodatewith industry trends market activities andcompetitors.
  • Participate in sales eventsexhibitions and conferences to represent theorganization.
  • Contribute to the development ofsales plans and objectives.
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield.
  • Proven work experience in businessdevelopment sales or a relatedrole.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceedsales targets.
  • Strong understanding of salesprinciples methods practices andtechniques.
  • Exceptional negotiation andcommunication skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
  • Excellentorganizational and time managementabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software andMicrosoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travelas needed.
  • Highly motivated and targetdrivenwith a proven track record insales.
