**Job Description: Workday Analyst**

**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Workday Analyst to join our HR systems team. The Workday Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our Workday platform, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our organization. This position requires a strong understanding of HR processes, coupled with advanced proficiency in Workday configuration and troubleshooting.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **System Configuration and Maintenance:**

- Configure and maintain the Workday system to support HR business processes and requirements.

- Implement changes and updates in Workday, including system configurations, security settings, and integrations.

2. **User Support and Training:**

- Provide technical support to end-users on Workday functionality, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems.

- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to enhance Workday adoption and proficiency across the organization.

3. **Business Process Optimization:**

- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into efficient Workday processes.

- Continuously optimize existing processes and workflows within Workday to improve efficiency and user experience.

4. **Reporting and Analytics:**

- Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders.

- Utilize advanced reporting tools within Workday to extract and analyze data for various stakeholders.

5. **System Upgrades and Enhancements:**

- Support Workday system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to daily operations.

- Stay updated with new Workday features and functionalities to leverage them for process improvements.

6. **Data Integrity and Security:**

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday system.

- Implement and maintain security measures in accordance with company policies and best practices.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar streams, or related field.

- Proven experience working with Workday HCM or similar HRIS platforms.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.

- Proficiency in Workday configuration, security administration, and report writing.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.

- Experience in project management and system implementation is a plus.
