Role: HR Manager - Internal operations



Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement performance management policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and values.

2. Maintaining Documents and employee engagement. 

3. Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance management best practices, including giving and receiving feedback, setting SMART goals, and conducting performance discussions.

4. Analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for enhancing performance management effectiveness.

5. Partner with HR business partners and department managers to address performance issues and develop performance improvement plans when necessary.

6. Collaborate with the HRIS team to ensure that performance management systems and tools are effectively implemented and maintained.

7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in performance management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

8. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations related to performance management.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on performance management or talent management.

- Strong understanding of performance management principles and best practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coach and influence employees and managers at all levels of the organization.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
