About the Role:

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the IT technology domain, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Embedded Systems, IoT, Digital, Data Science, and SAP. Your expertise in talent acquisition strategies, coupled with a passion for technology, will be crucial in identifying and attracting exceptional candidates.

You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT professionals to support our organization's growth and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top IT talent for diff clients across various disciplines. Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networking events, to identify and engage qualified candidates. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, fostering a strong employer brand and building lasting relationships with potential employees. Offer Negotiation: Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms with candidates to secure the best talent.
