About the Role
In this opportunity as Finance Analytics Manager, you will:
Partner with the Finance organization to identify and prioritize the capabilities they need to deliver within their Function. Working closely with the data analyst and data platform teams to Analyze and evaluate existing data systems and continuously updating and optimizing data models. Working closely with Business and Analytics team to understand business needs and translate them into long-term solution data models. Working with the data ingestion teams from different business areas to understand the data availability and format and to create conceptual data models and data flows.About You
You’re a fit for the role of Finance Analytics Manager if your background includes:
Qualifications: B.Tech/M.Tech
Experience: 8+ years of corporate experience.
Strong leadership skills with ability to drive projects/tasks to delivering value
Hands-on experience in data pipelines, data cleansing, data transformations and other analytical techniques required for data modeling.
Hands-on experience in building the Semantic Layer and dashboards using PowerBI.
Exposure on BI OLAP Semantic Layer: Microsoft Azure Data Services, Atscale or other OLAP Cube solutions
Agility / ability to quickly adapt to change.
Analytical aptitude while able to maintain a broader perspective, identifies and evaluates opportunities to enhance the business through cross-group collaboration.
Expertise in BI & data architecture design, recommendations and implementation best practices and continuous optimization.
Experience in design enablement with experience in Cloud Technologies, Data Lake/Data Warehousing on cloud, Visualization and Analytics.
Empower business decisions using right data and improve self-service BI with predictive insights.
