Role - Senior Executive - Recruitment

Team - People and Culture

Will be handling End to End Recruitment Process Understand the client manpower requirement. Source cvs from different sources like job portal, social website, reference, etc. Marketing the requirement in different online channel like whats up, twitter,LinkedIn etc Designing recruiting emails to attract right pool of candidates. Interviewing and Validating the candidate as per the specification defined by business . Develop relationship with clients by delivery cvs within turn around time and ensure recruitment goals are achieved. Nurturing relationship with prospective and potential talents for upcoming requirements. Develop network by reference with passive talent to fill niche requirement Update the job board and ensure all requirements are attend with utmost attention. Analysis the recruitment trend and take corrective action for full filling the gaps. Doing research to find potential client for business development. Hand holding and nurturing the new joinee to manage their performance.

Desired Candidate:

3-5 years of experience in Non IT recruitment function prefer someone who has worked on BFSI domain hiring Should have excellent communication and convincing skills Should be go getter Should have excellent presentation skills. Should be well conversant with latest sourcing skills
