Position Summary: The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing administrative systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of office operations. The Admin Manager also supervises the administrative staff, manages budgets, and supports the company's overall administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Operations:Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.Manage the administrative budget, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial reports. Team Supervision:Supervise, train, and support administrative staff, ensuring team performance and development.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to administrative employees. Office Management:Manage office supplies inventory, order new supplies as needed, and ensure the office is properly stocked.Oversee the maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment.Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Communication and Coordination:Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters.Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations. Compliance and Record Keeping:Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding administrative processes.Maintain and update company records, ensuring confidentiality and security of data.Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and correspondence. Project Management:Plan and manage administrative projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.Collaborate with other departments to support various company projects and initiatives.Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience:8 plus experience as an Admin Manager, Office Manager, or similar role. Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office management software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to lead and motivate a team.Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex administrative tasks.
