RoleOverview:

InstaSafe isseeking a dynamic and experienced Junior Presales Engineer to joinour rapidly growing team in Delhi or Mumbai. As a Junior PresalesEngineer you will be instrumental in driving business growth byengaging proactively with prospective clients understanding theirneeds and crafting tailored cyber security solutions. You willcollaborate closely with our sales team providing expert technicalsupport throughout the sales cycle and ensuring successfuldeployment and integration of our digital workspace solutions.

MandatoryQualifications:

EducationalBackground: Degree in Networking ComputerScience Information Technology Engineering (Network/Security) orequivalent.

Experience: 2 to4 years in ZTNA IAM Digital Identity & Zero Trust Accessproduct demonstrations and solution planning.

Technical Skills:

Strongknowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.

Understanding of networking concepts network devices (VPN) securityconcepts (MFA) network protocols file systems and AAA.

Experiencewith VDI VPN MFA MDM Azure AWS etc.

PreSalesExperience: Preferably in a startupenvironment.


Communication &Presentation:

Excellentskills in presenting technical solutionsconcisely.

Ability to interact with users and decisionmakers effectively.

CustomerInteraction:

Conducttechnical workshops and POCs.

Mapcustomer requirements to company products.

Communicatecustomer needs to product and development teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.

Sales Support:

Providetechnical support and advice to the sales team.

Identifyopportunities and support deal closure.

TechnicalTraining:

Train salesteams distributors and channel partners.

Maintainand update technical knowledge on products and competitors.Roles and Responsibilities:

ProductCertification: Learn and certify incompany products.

Pre and PostSalesSupport:

Designtechnical advice and point of contact.

Deliverproduct presentations demonstrations and POCs.

Architecttechnical solutions to meet customer requirements.

VendorCertification: Meet vendor expectationsand certification requirements.OpportunityIdentification:

Proactivelyidentify new sales leads and follow up to win deals.

Prepareproject proposals and quotations.

Technical Training &Consultancy:

Provideproduct training consultancy services and technical advice.

Offerconsultancy to sales and product teams.

KnowledgeManagement:

Createknowledge base articles tutorial videos FAQs and best practicedocuments. Manage customer expectations and follow up on inquiries.

CompetitiveAnalysis:

Maintainknowledge of competitive products especially in VDI and VPNdomains. Prepare competitive study and architecture documents.
