  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to address customer needs and improve servicequality
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintaincustomer records and documentation
  • Participatein ongoing training and development programs to enhance languageand communication skills
  • Contribute to teammeetings and share insights on improving international customerexperience
  • Stay updated on product knowledgecompany policies and industry trends
  • Adhere toperformance metrics and service levelagreements
  • Handle challenging and sensitivecustomer interactions with empathy andprofessionalism
  • Attend to other duties asassigned by the management
