Act as the main pointof contact for clients addressing inquiries resolving issues andensuring a positive customer experience.2. **BusinessDevelopment:** Identify and pursueopportunities for business expansion within the diagnosticsmarket. Collaborate with the sales team togenerate leads pitch services and closedeals. Develop strategies to increase marketshare and achieve revenue targets.3. **ProductKnowledge:** Stay abreast of industry trendsmarket developments and advancements in diagnostictechnologies. Possess indepth knowledge ofthe companys diagnostic products and services to effectivelycommunicate their value to clients.4. **Collaboration andCoordination:** Work closely with internalteams including sales marketing and technical support to ensureseamless service delivery and customersatisfaction. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to develop and implement strategies thatalign with business goals.5. **ClientEducation:** Provide clients withinformation about new products services and industry bestpractices. Conduct training sessions orwebinars to educate clients on the benefits and proper use ofdiagnostic solutions.6. **Data Analysis andReporting:** Analyze market trends customerfeedback and sales data to make informed recommendations forbusiness improvement. Prepare regularreports on key performance indicators customer satisfaction andbusiness development activities.7. **Compliance and QualityAssurance:** Ensure compliance with industryregulations and quality standards. Workclosely with relevant stakeholders to address any compliance issuesor quality concerns.8. **Customer FeedbackManagement:** Gather customer feedbacktestimonials and suggestions to continuously improve products andservices. Implement initiatives to enhancecustomer loyalty and retention.Qualifications andRequirements: Bachelors degree in businessmarketing life sciences or a related field.Proven experience in sales account management or businessdevelopment within the diagnostics or healthcareindustry. Strong communication negotiationand interpersonal skills. Knowledge ofdiagnostic products technologies and industryregulations.
