Overview:
Joinour team at YoHo Design as a Sales Associate and play a pivotalrole in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providingexceptional service to clients, assisting them in selectingproducts and services that meet their interior design needs, andcontributing to the overall success of ourfirm.
KeyResponsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Provide exemplary customerservice by greeting clients, assessing their needs, and guidingthem through the selection process.
2. ProductKnowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products andservices, including furniture, accessories, lighting, and designconsultation services.
3. Sales Generation:Actively engage with clients to identify opportunities for sales,upselling, and cross-selling of products andservices.
4. Consultative Selling: Utilize yourknowledge of interior design principles to offer personalizedrecommendations and design solutions toclients.
5. Relationship Building: Build andmaintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeatbusiness and referrals.
6. Order Management:Assist clients with placing orders, processing payments, andcoordinating delivery and installation.
7.Merchandising: Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment,ensuring that products are properly displayed and inventory levelsare monitored.
8. Administrative Tasks: Performvarious administrative duties, such as maintaining client records,generating sales reports, and responding to inquiries via phone,email, or in person.
9. Collaboration: Workclosely with other team members, including designers, projectmanagers, and administrative staff, to ensure a seamless customerexperience.
10. Continuous Learning: Stay updatedon industry trends, product developments, and best practices ininterior design and salestechniques.
Qualifications:
*Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the interiordesign industry.
* Stronginterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engageeffectively with clients and colleagues.
*Passion for interior design and a keen eye foraesthetics.
* Proven track record of meeting orexceeding sales targets.
* Ability to multitaskand prioritize tasks in a fast-pacedenvironment.
* Proficiency in using computersoftware and point-of-sale systems.
* Flexibilityto work weekends and evenings as needed.
*Complete Sales background with 2 yearsexperience
Education:
Bachelor’sdegree in interior design, marketing, business administration, or arelated field preferred.
