Overview:As a MSDynamics CRM you will play a crucial role in the implementationcustomization and maintenance of the MS Dynamics CRM system withinthe organization. You will work closely with stakeholders tounderstand their requirements and translate them into technicalsolutions within the CRM platform ensuring seamless integrationwith existing systems and processes.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Customizing andconfiguring MS Dynamics CRM to meet the organizations specificneeds.
  • Developing and maintaining CRM workflowsbusiness rules and custom actions.
  • Creating anddeploying custom plugins integrations andextensions.
  • Designing and executing datamigration strategies to ensure smooth transition to MS DynamicsCRM.
  • Generating and maintaining reportsdashboards and analytics within the CRMsystem.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctionalteams to ensure CRM alignment with businessprocesses.
  • Providing technical supporttroubleshooting and issue resolution for CRMusers.
  • Continuously optimizing and enhancingCRM functionalities to drive user adoption andsatisfaction.
  • Keeping abreast of MS DynamicsCRM updates best practices and industrytrends.
  • Training and mentoring CRM users onsystem capabilities and bestpractices.
  • Managing system configurationssecurity and permissions within the CRMenvironment.
  • Participating in the evaluationand selection of CRMrelated tools andtechnologies.
  • Contributing to the developmentand documentation of CRM implementation standards and bestpractices.
  • Assisting in the development andmaintenance of CRMrelated documentation and trainingmaterials.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in MS Dynamics CRMimplementation customization andconfiguration.
  • Expertise in CRM customizationincluding form creation entity customization and JavaScriptintegration.
  • Proficiency in workflowconfiguration plugin development and data migration within MSDynamics CRM.
  • Strong understanding of CRMreporting tools and report writingcapabilities.
  • Experience with CRM integrationwith other systems and applications.
  • Knowledgeof security models user roles and permissions in MS DynamicsCRM.
  • Excellent problemsolving analytical andcommunication skills.
  • Ability to workeffectively in a collaborative teamorientedenvironment.
  • Certifications in MS Dynamics CRMis a plus.
  • Highly organized with strongattention to detail and ability to prioritize taskseffectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changingpriorities and evolving business needs.
  • Abilityto translate business requirements into technical solutions withinMS Dynamics CRM.
  • Proactive mindset with a focuson continuous improvement andinnovation.
  • Experience in training andsupporting CRM userseffectively.
