Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator - Sales

**/OBJECTIVES**:
The
**Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator **(CRMA) will be responsible for system administration, data management and reporting on our Dynamics 365 CRM platform, working primarily with our sales teams. The CRM Administrator will also be responsible for training and mentoring the internal team of admins on the platform and creating and maintaining a knowledge base, both written and video, as required to document the best practices for the internal admin team. The CRM Administrator will also design, develop and customize the platform to promote adoption and streamline business processes.

**Areas of expertise: Sales (Primary), Marketing**

**PRIMARY FUNCTIONS**:

- Incident management: Proactively monitor and manage the incident queue (ServiceNow) and complete tasks as per the SLA requirements with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Understand company’s policies, processes & data to ensure Dynamics 365 CRM is optimally configured.
- Management of segments and lists
- Creation and management of various marketing forms and pages
- Lead & Contact management
- Create, manage and track customer journeys
- Management of events and webinars
- Create surveys and analyze customer responses
- Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues utilizing a variety of tools and reports.
- Create documentations as required and create and maintain a knowledge base of known issues
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify best practices and opportunities to streamline procedures. Execute these ideas from start to finish.
- Create and manage tables, fields, formulas, data validation rules, approval processes (business logic)
- Stay informed regarding new Dynamics 365 features, technologies and best practices.
- Data management i.e. bulk insert, update, delete and export data using XRM toolbox & configuration tool.
- Reporting i.e. Create and customize reports & dashboards.****:

- Work with integration teams to Integrate Dynamics 365 with other internal business systems

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- **5+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience**:

- Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant Associate (**MB-220)** or **PL100 / PL200** cerifications preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT
- Excellent analytical, communication (verbal & written) and inter-personal skills.
- Proactive and result oriented person
- Team player
- Willing to work in shifts
