Job Description

Experience- 8-12 yrs

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.
  • Extensive experience in the MS Dynamics experience
  • Configuring, developing, and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM in line with best practices.
  • Developing customised solutions within the Salesforce platform
  • Creating, modifying, and troubleshooting existing applications
  • Testing solutions
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes that enhance the performance and quality of personal and team deliverables. Work flexibly and imaginatively in a changing and evolving project environment.

    The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.
  • Extensive experience in the MS Dynamics experience
  • Configuring, developing, and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM in line with best practices.
  • Developing customised solutions within the Salesforce platform
  • Creating, modifying, and troubleshooting existing applications
  • Testing solutions
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes that enhance the performance and quality of personal and team deliverables. Work flexibly and imaginatively in a changing and evolving project environment.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members located elsewhere within the UK, US and India.
  • Ability to set-up a team and lead the practice for MS Dynamics
  • Take responsibility for the practice to grow
  • Take lead in pre-sales work
  • Manage the teams of different clients with MS-Dynamics work
  • Be hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Be hands-on or ability to learn Microsoft Power Apps tools
  • Be good with Co-pilot
  • Have very good understanding how to test Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and integration
  • The ability to pro-actively suggest and implement process improvements that enhance the performance, productivity and morale of the team
  • The ability to work flexibly and imaginatively in a changing and evolving project environment.
  • Demonstrate the desire to produce high quality applications within agreed budget and timescale constraints
