Overview:Asthe Head of Operations in the manufacturing sector you will play acrucial role in overseeing and directing all manufacturingprocesses ensuring the efficient and effective operation of theproduction facility. Your leadership will be instrumental indriving operational excellence and achieving targeted productiongoals.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Leadand manage the overall operations of the manufacturingfacility
  • Develop and implement strategies tooptimize manufacturing processes and increaseproductivity
  • Manage and monitor productionschedules and ensure ontime delivery
  • Overseequality control processes and ensure compliance with industrystandards and regulations
  • Identify andimplement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reducecosts
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams todrive continuous improvementinitiatives
  • Monitor and manage productionbudgets and expenses
  • Ensure a safe workingenvironment and compliance with health and safetyregulations
  • Provide leadership and guidance tothe operations team
  • Develop and maintain strongrelationships with suppliers andvendors
  • Analyze performance data and implementcorrective actions as needed
  • Contribute to thedevelopment and of the manufacturingstrategy
  • Stay updated with industry trends andbest practices
  • Drive a culture of operationalexcellence and accountability
  • Prepare regularreports and presentations on operationalperformance
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelorsor Masters degree in Engineering Operations Management or a relatedfield
  • Proven experience in a senior operationsmanagement role within the manufacturingindustry
  • Demonstrated expertise inmanufacturing processes including lean manufacturingprinciples
  • Strong understanding of qualitycontrol standards and continuous improvementmethodologies
  • Excellent leadership and peoplemanagement skills
  • Solid knowledge of budgetingand financial management
  • Proven track record ofdriving operational efficiency andeffectiveness
  • Outstanding problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to develop andimplement operational strategies aligned with businessgoals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills
  • Indepth knowledge of regulatoryrequirements and safety standards inmanufacturing
  • Proficiency in data analysis andperformance metrics
  • Ability to thrive in afastpaced and dynamic manufacturingenvironment
