  • Recruiting and building a highperforming distributionnetwork to Financial Consultants (FCs)
  • Training motivating and driving these certified financialconsultants (agents) to sell insurance
  • Meetingprospective customers with FCs to sell insurancesolutions
  • Providing preand postsales support(e.g. claim settlement)
  • Ensuring quality ofbusiness and persistency (renewals of premium)
  • Enabling FCs to use the latest digitalplatforms
