We are looking for professionals with 15 + years of strong experience in B2B sales ideally from IT Product / Hardware / Infra or Telecom Industry. He/She should have team handling skills with Min. team strength of 30 - 40. Must have experience in handling Pan India operations.


Job Description:


Position Country Sales Head

Job Location : Bangalore

Budget : 65 LPA ( 75 : 25)


Key Responsibilities :

  • Build a vision for business units that dovetails into the vision of the organization
  • Accelerate business by building ambitious sales plans to capitalize on transformation shifts occurring in the marketplace
  • Drive business transformation to sales strategies across key enterprise segments, develop long term and immediate account strategy, financial targets and critical milestones.
  • Set up and manage operational systems that efficiently and effectively supports the business
  • Conceptualize and build a go to market strategy that supports the bizl P&L, keeping it competitive
  • Engage with prospect organizations through value based selling, business case definitions, reference and analyst data
  • Define and deliver world-class experience to all our B2B customers
  • Identifying business drivers and investment priorities to enable growth
  • Co-Design and implement GTM and operating model for strategic/growth accounts, to help drive demand and a long term road map across these accounts.
  • The ideal candidate will be a strong consultative leader skilled at driving growth, building strong relationship internally and externally


Desired Candidate:

  • 15+ years with enterprise sales and business advisory experience
  • Strong understanding of sales ecosystem
  • Should be willing to travel extensively
  • Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically
  • Demonstrate Inspirational Leadership
  • Qualification MBA Preferable
