About theRole: Spectrum Physio Centre is seeking a proactiveand courteous Front Office & PatientRelations Coordinator to manage our Langford GardenCenters front desk operations. This role is crucial in ensuringthat all client interactions from initial contact to followup arehandled efficiently and with the highest level of customer service.You will be the first point of contact for our clients responsiblefor managing appointments responding to inquiries and maintaining apositive atmosphere in theclinic.

  • WorkingHours: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (with a break from 12:00 PM3:00 PM)

ATypical Day in ThisRole:
  • Answering allincoming calls and addressing client inquiries with a polite andprofessional tone
  • Managing and schedulingappointments based on the availability of physiotherapists andpatient preferences
  • Maintaining accuraterecords of all communications and appointments in the designatedsoftware
  • Greeting clients upon arrival ensuringa welcoming environment
  • Coordinating withphysiotherapists and other staff to ensure smooth clinicoperations
  • Following up with patients toconfirm appointments and collectfeedback
  • Managing front desk operationsincluding handling payments and maintainingcleanliness
