- Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration Sales Marketing or relatedfield
- Proven experience in sales managementconsistently meeting or exceedingtargets
- Demonstrated ability to lead mentor anddevelop a highperforming sales team
- Strongstrategic thinking decisionmaking and problemsolvingskills
- Excellent communication negotiation andinterpersonal skills
- Proven track record ofdeveloping and implementing successful salesstrategies
- Proficiency in CRM software andsales management tools
