OverviewThe SalesManager plays a crucial role in driving sales growth building andleading a highperformance sales team and developing andimplementing strategic sales plans. They are responsible forachieving sales targets cultivating strong customer relationshipsand identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager alsocollaborates with other departments to ensure a seamless salesprocess and meets the overall companyobjectives.Keyresponsibilities
  • Develop and executestrategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customerbase
  • Build lead and motivate a highperformingsales team
  • Set individual and team salestargets and provide guidance and support to achievethem
  • Identify new market opportunities anddevelop strategies to increase sales
  • Establishstrong relationships with key clients and maintain a high level ofcustomer satisfaction
  • Collaborate withmarketing and product development teams to ensure a unifiedapproach to achieving sales goals
  • Analyze salesdata and trends to provide actionable insights and drive continuousimprovement
  • Monitor and manage sales pipelinesforecast sales and track performance againsttargets
  • Participate in the recruitment trainingand onboarding of new sales teammembers
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customerinteractions track progress and analyze salesperformance
  • Stay abreast of industry trendsmarket conditions and competitiveactivities
  • Develop and implement effectivesales strategies and promotionalactivities
  • Participate in sales meetingsconferences and events to represent the company and buildnetworks
  • Conduct regular performanceevaluations and provide constructive feedback for sales teammembers
  • Ensure compliance with company policiesand industry regulations
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration Sales Marketing or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in sales managementconsistently meeting or exceedingtargets
  • Demonstrated ability to lead mentor anddevelop a highperforming sales team
  • Strongstrategic thinking decisionmaking and problemsolvingskills
  • Excellent communication negotiation andinterpersonal skills
  • Proven track record ofdeveloping and implementing successful salesstrategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software andsales management tools
  • Ability to analyze salesdata interpret trends and make datadrivendecisions
  • Strong customer relationshipmanagement skills and a customerfocusedmindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaceddynamic environment and adapt to change
  • Provenability to build and maintain strong longlasting customerrelationships
