Must have strong team handling experience of atleast 7 yrsRequirements:● Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.● Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the automobile industry,with specific exposure to electric 3-wheelers and strong background of channel sales.● Strong knowledge of the electric vehicle market, including customer preferences, industrytrends, and competitor analysis.● Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a salesteam.● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with dealers,customers, and internal stakeholders.● Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.● Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.Key Responsibilities:● Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and action plan to achieve sales targets and marketshare objectives in the region.● Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new salesopportunities.● Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective promotional campaignsand pricing strategies.● Identify and appoint authorized dealers and distributors within the region.● Provide guidance, training, and support to dealers in order to enhance their product knowledgeand sales capabilities.● Monitor dealer performance and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.● Monitor and analyze sales performance, including product sales, market share, and revenuegrowth within the region.● Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting key performanceindicators and recommending strategies for improvement.● Conduct regular sales meetings and reviews with the sales team to assess progress and addressany issues or challenges.4. Customer Relationship Management:● Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure highcustomer satisfaction.5. Market Expansion and Business Development:● Identify new market segments and opportunities for growth within the region.● Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility andexpand the customer base.
