Detailed Description:
We in BU IDS support the enablement of the platforms of the content solutions so that we can work in an agile way and adapt to the change that is happening in our environment. We power the business, such as sales, marketing, and medical teams, to create those best-in-class customer engagements. We provide information, innovation, and digital solutions to enable resilient operations and transformation to enable our partners to maximise the reach of Lilly medicine to patients.
LCCI BU IDS has several streams, including Enterprise Web Initiative (EWI), which develops Lilly product websites; Sales Reporting, which manages the call planning process and accesses incentive compensation information on the go for sales representatives; Lilly Value & Access (LVA), which provides payer and demand analytics; Real World Evidence (RWE) support; RWE analytics; and International Business Units (IBU), which supports Outside US countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hands on project management such as development of project plans. Scheduling and planning, monitoring and status reporting against planned deliverables, benefits and milestones, resource and program tracking, development and management of risk, issue, and action logs. Build and maintain successful partnerships with global HR Services teams, HR stakeholders and key business sponsors across the globe. Proactively identifies solutions to meet business objectives, considering the implications of change on the organization and all stakeholders. Using own initiative to develop or improve project management processes and tools. Ensure project tools, best practices and lessons learned are documented. Ensure smooth project execution and expansion projects by monitoring and auditing key tasks across HR work streams, including employee data integrity. Implement the necessary reporting and governance arrangements to ensure effective management controls are established to oversee the operation. Ability to communicate and influence effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders - technical and business clients, HR functions, and all levels of employees. Strong communication and change management skills to collaborate with onshore and offshore stakeholders. Experience presenting to and building relationships with leadership. Ability to use analytics (advanced Excel, SQL a plus) driving to meaningful insights that can directly influence C-suite decisions related to HR programs. Build Strong Partnerships: Across multiple cross-functional leaders and teams. Producing executive communication, dashboards, scorecards, and reports. Identify, escalate, and manage project risks along with mitigations controls. Experience in end-to-end financial management - plan, forecast, actual - function, portfolio, and program/project levels. Provide executive visibility to project, program, portfolio and functional level status, issues, risks, costs, etc. Work with service delivery teams to manage the functional and portfolio pipeline. Also, to drive data accuracy. Drive the implementation and embedding of process, methods, and best practice into service delivery activities for the function, including project management, financial management, resource management, etc. Drive improvements in Standards, consistency, effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery processes and tools Conduct program/project health checks to help assure program/project delivery including for example artifact, gate reviews, and monitoring for delivery to scope, time, and cost. Work with the global resource and vendor management teams on staff and vendor requirements and reporting.Required Experience:
8+ years of experience , experience in leading IT projects. Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Work with and coordinate between multiple internal IT functions and external suppliers, virtually and across different geographies. Experience working with business partners in multiple affiliates. Experience with Agile and/or SAFe. Strong business analysis skillset related to IT Solution portfolio and / or prior experience within IT business integration. Competency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools. Connecting with Business Units Lead Team to collate the success stories to come up with newsletter and facilitating the lead team meetings, managing recruitment etc. Good learning ability regarding technologies and business processes. Demonstrated interpersonal skills, collaboration, and teamwork. Strong communication written and verbal. Strong presentation, coordination, decision making and multi-tasking skills . Self-motivated to prioritise and complete multiple tasks without direct supervision. Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances, priorities. Familiar with good system security and privacy practices. Experienced leading and managing external service providers. Experience of working within remote teams.Essential Skills:
Effective analytical, problem solving and investigative skills. Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical business partners. Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders. Ability to resolve issues across geographical and cultural boundaries. In depth knowledge of one or more business areas is desirable. Evidence of creativity, pro activity and influencing skills.Desirable Skills:
Certificates relevant to the role ( Ex: SAFe, ITIL, Six Sigma). Experience with O365 suite of tools. Experience with SAP.
