**LCCI Market Research Administrative Support**

**Position Description**:
The individual in this role will assist with day-to-day operations for Lilly Market Research (LMR) at the Lilly Capabilities Center India (LCCI) thus enabling the team to execute market research projects more effectively and efficiently.

**Key Objectives/Deliverables**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams
- Ability to prioritize many simultaneous tasks, from many colleagues

- Experience coordinating interactions between internal and external partners
- Expertise using Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Ability to summarize data using charts and graphs
- Flexibility to work different time zones

**Education Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

**Other Information**:

- < 1% required travel.
