What You’ll Do

Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to maintain service contracts, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely completion of work. Health and Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for employees. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and address issues promptly. Budgeting: Assist in developing the facility and administration budget, track expenses, and recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Inventory Management: Maintain inventories of office supplies, furniture, and equipment, ensuring availability and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and company policies pertaining to facility management, security, and administration. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the facility and administration processes and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Knowledge of BMS and Access control System. Travel and Transport Management – Coordinate employee transport and Assist in overseas travel hotel booking, Ticketing and visa. Organize office events for festivals and town halls. Unleash your potential. Bachelor’s degree Minimum 6-9 years’ experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
