10+ Years of relevant experience in Linux/OpenShift Administration


Mandatory Skills ( Docker and Kubernetes)

1.Should have very good understanding of various components of Redhat OPenShift Platform.

2. Should have hands on experience of provisioning of Redhat OpenShift cluster

3. Should have good experience in Size of Openshift Cluster

4. Should have good understanding of Redhat Advance Cluster Manager (ACM), Redhat Advance Cluster Security (ACS) and Redhat Quay.

5. Should have expertise on managing and upgradation Redhat Openshift platform.

6. Should have good experience of Container storage.

7. Should have good experience of Container Security.

8. Should have good experience of Container Registry.

9. Should have good experience on CICD workflow (Preferable Azure DevOps, Ansible and Jenkin).

10. Should have hands on experience of Linux operating system administration.

11. Should have good understanding of application life cycle management on container platform.

12. Should have good understanding on enterprise networks and container networks.

13. Should have good understanding of Helm and Helm Charts.

14. Should be good in performance optimization of container platform.

15. Should have good understanding of container monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana and ELK.

16. Should have good understanding of enterprise networks and container networks

17. Should be able to handle critical Incidents and able to perform root cause analysis.

18. Should have experience in handling User service request and alert management.

19. Should have analytical and problem solving capabilities, ability to work with teams.

20. Should have knowledge of ITIL Process.


Preferred Skills/Knowledge

1. Container Platforms - Docker, CRI/O, Kubernetes and OpenShift.

2. Automation Platforms - Shell Scripts, Ansible, Jenkins.

3. Operating System - Linux/CentOS/Ubuntu.

4. Container Storage and Backup

5. Prior experience in banking domain with exposure to compliance requirement for various standards like PCI - DSS.


Desired Skills

1. Certified Redhat OpenShift Administrator

2. Certification of administration of any Cloud Platform will be an added advantage


Soft Skills

1. Must be ready to learn new technologies and acquire new skills.

2. Must be a Team Player.
