Leadershipand TeamManagement:

Leadmentor and motivate a team of staffing professionals to achievebranch goals andobjectives.

Providecoaching and development opportunities to enhance team performanceandproductivity.

BusinessDevelopment:

Developand implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expandmarketpresence.

Identifyand pursue new business opportunities through prospectingnetworking and relationshipbuilding.

ClientManagement:

Partnerwith clients to understand their staffing requirements and delivercustomizedsolutions.

Collaboratewith clients to develop staffing strategies including workforceplanning recruitment and retentioninitiatives.

CandidateAcquisition andPlacement:

Overseethe recruitment and selection process to attract top talent andmatch candidates with suitable jobopportunities.

Conductinterviews screenings and assessments to evaluate candidatequalifications andfit.

OperationsManagement:

Ensurecompliance with company policies procedures and regulatoryrequirements.

Managebranch operations including budgeting financial reporting andresourceallocation.

Implementbest practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimizeoperational efficiency andeffectiveness.

PerformanceTracking andReporting:

Monitorbranch performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) andtargets.

Analyzedata and trends to identify areas for improvement and makedatadrivendecisions.

Prepareregular reports and updates for senior management on branchactivities achievements andchallenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field(preferred).

Provenexperience in staffing recruitment or related industry with aminimum of 10 years in a managerialrole.

Strongleadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams toachieveresults.

Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.

Strategicthinker with the ability to develop and execute businessplans.

Resultsorientedwith a focus on delivering exceptional customerservice.

Proficiencyin MS Office and experience with staffing software or applicanttracking systems(ATS).
