Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring at least 1 year of sales experience. The working hours are from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. The role demands dedication to managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and supporting sales efforts to achieve substantial growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a similar role, demonstrating consistency in sales results and customer retention.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and interact professionally with diverse clients (Mandatory skill).

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning and propose appropriate products or services accordingly.
  • Manage and follow up on customer inquiries, providing timely solutions and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals through active participation in sales strategies.
  • Document interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records of customer communication and feedback.
