**Job Summary**:

Serving as their primary point of contact, you will promptly address inquiries, resolve issues, and advocate for our products or services. Your unwavering dedication is crucial to ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and the overall expansion of our business.

**Location**: Perungudi or Tharamani, Chennai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Foster and sustain robust virtual relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact, promptly addressing client needs.
- Provide exceptional service by efficiently resolving issues.
- Ensure client satisfaction and educate them about our offerings.
- Develop strategies to retain clients and proactively address their concerns.
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- 12th pass or Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
- Exceptional English communication skills and proficiency in one of the following languages: Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil
- Age limit up to 32 years
- Preferred minimum of 1 year of call center experience

**Other Job Benefits**:

- 5 working days with 2 rotational week-offs
- Fixed day shift from 9 am to 6:30 pm
