Job Purpose:
Therole entails scaling up the Business Banking business byimplementing strategies to expand the existing products channelssegments and customer base by delivering banking needs to thecustomers in the most cost efficient and technology effectivemanner. It includes building up teams systems process and cultureamenable to the scale and consistency of delivery. Role willclosely collaborate with Retail team Product Head Operations SalesIT Credit BIU for same. This role encapsulates the responsibilityof providing a seamless and fulfilling customer experience andensuring IDFC First becomes the primary bank for all banking needs.

Roles &Responsibilities:
Guide distribution ofBusiness Banking ensuring volume scaleup as per the defined targets

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team toincrease customer penetration via digital medium

Build and nurture strategic partnershipsacross key dealers OEMs channel/product partners etc. to increasethe penetration of the assigned portfolio

Improve the performance & quality of portfolio throughregular monitoring and providing recommendations for coursecorrection to the Product and Sales teams

Support the Product team in Business Banking to providedifferentiated offerings and drive business growth

Work with business analytics team to identifypotential for xsell

Managerial& Leadership Responsibilities:
Attractand retain bestinclass talent for key roles in their reportingstructure

EducationalQualifications:
Graduate Any

Post Graduate Any

Experience:
