**Job Description:**
**Overview:**
We're looking for a visionary VicePresident to lead the growth of our TherapyPMS
productwhile managing the revenue cycle management (RCM) operations withinthe
US healthcare management framework. Reportingdirectly to the CEO the VP will shape
thecompany's strategic direction ensuring seamless integrationbetween product and
operations. Your primary missionwill be to foster the expansion of TherapyPMS as a
leading solution in the therapy field and optimize RCM operationsto drive sustainable
business growth.
**KeyResponsibilities:**
1. **StrategicLeadership:**
Develop and implement strategies to driveTherapyPMS product growth enhancing
market penetrationand customer satisfaction within the US healthcaresystem.
Oversee and refine revenue cycle managementoperations to improve the
company's andclients' financial outcomes.
Collaborate withthe CEO and executive team to establish strategic prioritiesand
align the divisions goals with companyobjectives.
2. **Revenue Cycle ManagementOperations:**
Lead and optimize the RCM operationsincluding billing collections claims
management anddenials management.
Monitor KPIs and benchmarks toensure high efficiency and consistent revenue
recovery.
Identify and implement best practices toreduce claims denials and increase the
speed ofcollections.
3. **Product Development &Growth:**
Direct the evolution of TherapyPMS identifyingnew features integrations and
improvements that meet UShealthcare market demand.
Work closely with productmanagement and development teams to prioritize
productenhancements based on customer feedback and competitiveanalysis.
Define pricing positioning and gotomarketstrategies for the TherapyPMS
product.
4.**Team Leadership:**
Build and lead highperforming teamswithin both the RCM operations and product
managementdivisions. Create a collaborativeenvironment that encourages creativity innovation and a
customercentric approach.
Foster a culture of continuousimprovement and professional growth.
5. **MarketExpansion:**
Identify new market segments andpartnerships that align with the growth
objectives ofTherapyPMS.
Expand the company's footprint inthe therapy field by identifying and targeting
potentialclients through effective marketing and salesstrategies.
Build strong relationships with key industrystakeholders and thought leaders.
6. **FinancialManagement & Reporting:**
Develop and manage theannual budget for RCM operations and TherapyPMS
productdevelopment.
Report regularly to the CEO on keyperformance metrics progress toward strategic
goals andopportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance withregulatory requirements in all operational and product
related matters.
7. **Continuous Improvement &Innovation:**
Stay current on US healthcare and revenuecycle management trends to identify
innovativeopportunities.
Lead initiatives to streamline processesimprove productivity and reduce
operationalcosts.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelors degreein Business Healthcare Administration or a related field(MBA
preferred).
Minimum of 10 years ofexperience in healthcare management including revenue
cycle management and product leadership.
Proven abilityto develop and execute strategic growth plans for softwareproducts.
Exceptional communication leadership andproject management skills.
Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities with a datadriven approach to
decisionmaking.
Ability to work effectively acrossdepartments and levels of theorganization.
