Strategic FinancialPlanning:
Collaborate with the CFO andexecutive team to develop and execute strategicfinancial
plans that align with the companysgoals.
Assist in budgeting forecasting and longtermfinancial planning to support business growth
andexpansion.
Evaluate capital expenditure proposals andprovide financial recommendations Risk Management andCompliance:
Monitor financial risks andinternal control processes to mitigate potential issues.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations tax laws and compliancerequirements.
Participate in audits both internal andexternal and facilitate necessary actions based on
findings

Treasury and CashManagement:
Manage cash flow liquidity andinvestment strategies to optimize financial resources.
Monitor banking relationships negotiate terms and oversee cashmanagement activities.
Implement efficient workingcapital management practices.

Financial Operations Oversight:

Supervise accounting and finance teams providing guidance mentoringand fostering a
highperformance culture.
Review and approve critical financial transactions reconciliationsand journal entries.
Continuously improve financialprocesses and systems to enhance efficiency andaccuracy

Investor Relations andCommunications:
Assist in preparing financialinformation for investor communications quarterly reportsand
board presentations.
Engage withstakeholders to address financial inquiries and providetransparency on
financial matters.

Leadership andDevelopment:

Demonstrate strong leadershipskills by mentoring and developing finance team members.
