Asa part of the Growth function the marketplace marketingassociate/manager will be responsible for driving customeracquisition on marketplaces such as Amazon Flipkart etc. andachieving monthly revenue growth targets through endtoendmanagement of digital marketing activities optimization ofperformance & costs/CAC etc. on a day to daybasis.

Key AreasandResponsibilities
Customeracquisition & digital sales funnel management:
Develop& execute detailed monthly advertising plans across theadvertising platforms of Amazon Flipkart Nykaa Myntra for achievingthe sales targets with optimal ACOS / ROAS & ensuringtargets aremet
CampaignManagement
Plan& implement PLA/branded video ads/PCA etc. campaigns toachieve business targets and maximizerevenue
Daily campaign management across all the digital marketplaceplatforms foracquisition
Continuously monitor & optimize performance to ensure salesgrowth in line with forecast conversion funnel efficiency andcost/CACoptimization
Implement a test & scale approach to constantly test adformats creatives platforms etc. to get bestresults
PROMOTIONS:
Design& execute effective promotions strategy to push salesnumbers as well as uplift visibility mindmetrics
BUDGETAND ROIMANAGEMENT
Optimizecontinuously to ensure high ROI and minimizeCAC
ANALYTICSANDREPORTING
Leveragead platform analytics and tools such as Helium 10 Amazon PI tooletc. to derive actionableinsights
Detailed analysis of sales trends funnel conversions & allkey metrics and sharing relevant insights &recommendations
Monitor performance & optimize/coursecorrect

SkillsRequired:
Coredigital marketing skills & handson experience across AmazonFlipkart Myntra adsetc.
Strongexperience in analytics tools andtechniques
