Assistant Manager

Handle MEP design and implementation process across projects.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for MEP systems.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
Oversee the work of MEP engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues related to MEP systems.
Design & Technical Oversight:
Review and approve MEP designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure industry standards and regulations compliance.
Provide technical guidance on complex MEP issues, including load calculations, system selection, and design optimization.
Please make sure that the integration of sustainable and energy-efficient solutions in MEP designs.
Commercial & High-Rise Projects: Specialized in executing and maintaining commercial high-rise projects, retail outlets, and data centers. Experience in installing and commissioning AV systems, OFC cabling, data racks, and communication systems.
HVAC Systems: Proficient in the erection, commissioning, and testing of AHU, chiller units, ducting, and chilled water lines. Skilled in fire protection systems, including fire pumps, hydrants, and smoke detectors.
Plumbing & Fire Fighting: Experience in plumbing works, including sanitary fixtures, external pipe installations, and rainwater harvesting. Competent in fire fighting systems, including the installation and commissioning of fire pumps, alarm panels, and sprinklers.
Quantity Surveying: Expertise in BOQ preparation, contractor billing, variation statements, and cost control. Experienced in quantity take-offs, site audits, and preparing RA bills for clients and subcontractors.
Coordination & Management: Strong ability to liaise with contractors, clients, and authorities. Skilled in planning, scheduling, and ensuring the timely completion of MEP works. Familiar with MEP systems across electrical, HVAC, and plumbing disciplines.
Qualification:
Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (BTech in EEE) or a related field.
Experience: 8+ years of experience in MEP engineering and project management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection; proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software; deep understanding of building codes and standards.
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
