We are seeking a skilled 3PL Deployment and Governance Manager to join our team at Reliance Retail's Navi Mumbai office. This is a full-time, mid-level role requiring a minimum of 4 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in process improvement, compliance, and deployment, with strong skills in vendor management, risk management, data analysis, work order, and contract management.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in vendor management, ensuring effective coordination and performance monitoring of third-party logistics providers.

  • Solid data analysis skills to interpret and utilize data for decision-making and performance enhancement.
  • Proficient in work order management, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and projects.
  • Experience with contract management, including negotiation, execution, and monitoring of contract terms and conditions.

  • Oversee the deployment and governance of 3PL operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all 3PL operations.
  • Ensure effective vendor management, including selection, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with 3PL operations through effective risk management practices.
  • Analyze data to drive strategic decision-making and operational improvements across the 3PL network.
  • Manage work orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution of logistics and supply chain activities.
  • Administer and manage contracts with 3PL providers, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
