We areseeking motivated and dynamic Entry Level Associates for our VoIPand SMS division (). In this entrylevel role you need nothave knowledge of Telecom/Voice/VoIP/SMS. You will be provided onthe job training and shall play an essential part in managingnetwork operations for VoIP (Voice Calls) and ASMSC (SMS)Infrastructure. You will help facilitate smooth voice and SMStraffic exchanges while also handling incidents and managing rates.This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals lookingto start their technical careers in the telecommunications sectorand contribute our companysgrowth.

  • SMS/CallRouting: Over Softswitches and ASMSC infrastructure create/managevendors from whom traffic is bought; customers to whom traffic issold; monitor and optimize voice and sms traffic.

  • RateManagement: Manage rates on switches by updating uploadinginserting price of voice and sms

  • TrafficMonitoring: Help monitor voice and SMS traffic flows identifyingpotential issues and escalating to appropriateteams.

  • IncidentManagement: Manage disputes/incidents related to calls/sms trafficand rates.

  • DataReporting: Assist in generating basic traffic reports and summariesfor internal and carrier partnercommunication.

  • Learningand Development: Actively learn about VoIP and SMS technologiesprotocols and industry practices to enhance yourskillset.

  • Collaboration:Work closely with crossfunctional teams to support the smoothfunctioning of carrierrelationships.



Requirements
  • Education:Diploma or Bachelors degree in a relevant field (ComputerElectronics Telecommunications Business Information Technology orsimilar) is preferred.

  • CommunicationSkills: Clear written and verbal persuasive communication skillsfor effective interaction with internal teams and carrierpartners.

  • Troubleshootingand Analytical Skills: An interest in analyzing and troubleshootingtraffic data and patterns to handle incidents/disputes.

  • ProblemSolvingAttitude: Willingness to learn and support the resolution of issuesas theyarise.

  • Adaptability:Openness to learning and adapting to the dynamic telecommunicationsindustry.
