Job Description :
Weare seeking a highly experienced ETL Tester with a focus on BigData technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring79 years of proven expertise in ETL testing with a strongbackground in testing largescale data processing systems. As a keymember of our quality assurance team you will play a critical rolein ensuring the accuracy completeness and performance of our ETLprocesses within the context of Big Dataenvironments.
Responsibilities:
  1. TestPlanning: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to developcomprehensive ETL test plans based on project requirements and dataintegration specifications.
  2. Test Case Design:Design develop and execute detailed test cases and scenarios tovalidate data extraction transformation and loading processeswithin Big Data ecosystems.
  3. Big DataTechnologies: Apply extensive knowledge of Big Data technologiessuch as Hadoop Spark and related tools to test and validate ETLworkflows and data pipelines.
  4. Data QualityTesting: Implement robust data quality tests to ensure the accuracyconsistency and integrity of data as it moves through variousstages of the ETL process.
  5. Performance Testing:Conduct performance testing to evaluate the scalability andefficiency of ETL processes identifying and resolvingbottlenecks.
  6. Regression Testing: Develop andexecute regression test suites to ensure the stability of ETLworkflows across ongoing software releases andupdates.
  7. Defect Tracking: Identify document andtrack defects working closely with development teams to ensuretimelyresolution.

Requirements:
  1. Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL testing with a specificfocus on Big Data technologies.
  2. Big DataSkills: Indepth knowledge of Big Data ecosystems including HadoopSpark and associated tools.
  3. Testing Tools:Proficiency in ETL testing tools and frameworks with handsonexperience in creating and executing testscripts.
  4. SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills fordata validation and querying within Big Dataenvironments.
  5. Analytical Skills: Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skills with attention todetail.
  6. Collaboration: Proven ability to workcollaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectivelywithstakeholders.
