We are looking for the language experts for Portuguese and Italian Language for one of our clients.


Mandatory Skills:

B2/B1/BA/Advanced Diploma in Portuguese or Italian + Graduate

Hands-on experience with troubleshooting Outlook, VPN/Router, Active Directory, printers, or other device-related issues.

IT Service Desk experience with Portuguese language skills – 1 to 2 years.

Job Type- Permanent

Location:- Bangalore (Office)

Experience Required:-2 to 6 years

Notice Period- Immediate/7 days

Salary:- 8–14 LPA




Requirements

ob Profile::

The Portuguese/Italian Tech. Engineer will be a member of the IT Service Desk team, providing day-to-day IT support (e.g., troubleshooting Outlook, VPN/Router, Active Directory, printer, and other device issues) via phone, chat, or self-service. The primary responsibility is to provide Level 1 IT support.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software technical issues related to internet connectivity, email clients, password resets, printers, and internal applications.
